No Fly Zone

Today, Kennedy and Tanya tried to go watch the Blue Angles at Pensacola Beach. I had to work. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans for them. After sitting in traffic for several hours, they arrived in Pensacola Beach just in time for the flood. With only a forty percent chance of rain, they ended up with major thunderstorms. Which means the Angels were grounded for the day. Tanya and Kiki sat in a parking lot for a couple of hours and then tried to make it home. More thunderstorms were waiting for them on the way home. It took a total of nine hours for Tanya and Kennedy to make a trip to Pensacola Beach and back. Not the bonding moment Tanya was looking for. The Angles are supposed to fly again, weather permitting but it looks like more thunderstorms on the way. Oh well...
